Valley is a multifunctional building that is being developed with a mixed-use programme of offices, residences and amenities, with a total floor area of between 50,000m² and 75,000m². The building consists of 196 apartments, seven floors of offices, a three-level underground parking garage with 375 parking spaces, and various retail and cultural facilities. The internationally renowned landscape architect Piet Oudolf designed all the vegetation at Valley, emphasising a green appearance throughout the year.

Publicly accessible from the ground floor via the two large staircases is the terrace valley, connecting the three towers, which is also known as ‘The Grotto’. It is completely lined with natural stone and illuminated by two large skylights that also serve as ponds in the valley above. The Grotto functions both as a living-room for the residents of Valley and as a grand foyer for all other activities in the building. It offers a lively atmosphere throughout the day.
